This year, we brought Thoth AI to the summit — a tool designed to make sure great ideas didn’t vanish. Thoth made insights visually engaging, instantly shareable , and fast enough to keep up with the pace of real conversation.

How Ideas Became Infographics in Seconds

The summit was divided into multiple sessions — each packed with insight and conversation. To capture it all, the Thoth team set up microphones to record live audio from every talk.

From there, Thoth took over:

• Transcribed the audio and identified key takeaways
• Organised the insights into quotes, bullet points, and structured paragraphs
• Transformed everything into editorial-style infographics — simple, impactful, and shareable

Seamless Brand Integration

Thoth AI effortlessly incorporates Paloneo’s brand kit — applying their brand fonts, colour palette, and logoo automatically to every infographic. This ensures every visual stays true to Paloneo’s identity without any manual tweaking, creating a consistent and professional look across all event materials

Automated Speaker Portraits

Alongside generating infographics in real time, Thoth also automated the creation of speaker portraits at Paloneo Summit 2025. As each talk went live, Thoth generated stylised, editorial-quality portraits of the speakers—seamlessly integrated into the final infographic. No separate tools, no extra design time. Just instant, on-brand visuals that captured both the insights and the individuals behind them.
